Breast Augmentation with silicone implants (female) - bb-ba-00007-1209

Procedure: Breast Augmentation with silicone implants

Patient Concerns: This is a 41-year- old woman who desired augmentation of her breasts.  She chose an incision in the underarm region so we would avoid any incision on her chest or breast area. 

Treatment: Due to the limited amount of breast tissue in the shape of the breast a McGhan style 15 mammary implant was chosen that was 265 cc's.  The implant was placed underneath the muscle by an underarm incision.
