Breast Augmentation (female) - bb-ba-00002-1209

Procedure: Breast augmentation, endoscopic using an underarm incision with saline implants, submuscular placement of implants.

Patient Concerns: This 26-year-old woman was concerned about her breast size and shape. The size and shape were significantly different with the right breast larger than the left.

Treatment: An endoscopic approach was used with an incision under the arm and the implants placed under the chest muscle. The right implant is 300 cc and the left is 330cc to make the breasts more symmetrical.
