Forehead Rejuvenation
A forehead rejuvenation or "browlift" is a procedure that restores a more youthful, refreshed look to the area above the eyes. The procedure corrects drooping brows and improves the horizontal lines and furrows that can make a person appear angry, sad or tired.

The procedure is done on an outpatient basis using sedation. Several short incisions are placed in the scalp above the hairline. If the forehead is high, an incision may be needed in the hairline. The procedure is done using an endoscope (a narrow hollow instrument with a fiber optic light source and camera). The brows are brought up to a more youthful position and treatment is done to smooth the lines in the forehead. Most swelling and bruising is usually gone in 7-14 days.
