Patrick Sullivan is a Plastic Surgeon in Providence, Rhode Island, who specializes in cosmetic surgery of the face, nose, breast and body. He is a faculty member at Brown University's School of Medicine. Dr. Sullivan is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as in Otolaryngology - surgery of the head and neck.
Named in Woodward and White's "Best Doctors in America" as one of the "Top Plastic Surgeons" in the United States, Dr. Sullivan has also been voted a top plastic surgeon in Rhode Island by his peers and by nurses in several surveys done by the Rhode Island Monthly Magazine. He was named in the Castle Connolly Guide to "America's Top Doctors," and in the first edition of Castle Connolly "America's Cosmetic Doctors and Dentists." He was honored by Redbook as one of the "Top Doctor's for Women". Dr. Sullivan has appeared as an expert commentator on numerous television and radio programs educating people on plastic surgery. He has also been featured in magazine and newspaper articles with such topics as Advanced Face Lifting Procedures, Endoscopic Lifts of the Upper Face and Eyelid Region, Cosmetic Nasal Reshaping, Ultrasonic Body Contouring, breakthroughs in cosmetic surgery and helping people choose the best Plastic Surgeon for their particular concerns. In addition to publishing widely in professional journals, Dr. Sullivan has lectured and presented extensively throughout Europe, South America, Canada and the United States. Known for his unique style of artistry and innovative surgical skills, he has presented his research before meetings of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Sullivan was the 1986 USA recipient of the International College of Surgeons scholarship, which enabled him to work as a Fellow in Paris and Zurich where he had specialized training in face and body contouring. He holds a medical degree from the Mayo Medical School in Minnesota, and has completed residencies at the University of Colorado and Brown University in Rhode Island.
Dr. Sullivan is married and has two children.
