Procedure:

Breast augmentation, endoscopic using an underarm incision with saline implants, submuscular placement of implants.

Patient Concerns:

This 29 year old woman was concerned about the size and shape of her breasts. She noted that her left breast was significantly smaller than her right breast.

Treatment:

A surgical approach via an incision in the underarm region was chosen and the implants were placed under the pectoralis muscle. Implants of the same dimension were placed on each side with 240 cc of Normal Saline being placed in the right implant and 270 cc of Normal Saline in the left implant.
