Neck Contouring
Patient Concerns:
A 54-year-old woman concerned about the laxity of her face, her jowls, neck irregularities, the deep wrinkles around her mouth, cheeks, and jawline.
Treatment:
- An extended multi-layer lift of the facial region to help smooth out the nasolabial folds, wrinkles around the mouth, and the jawline. We employ a deep-plane level below the skin in our desire to give a more natural appearance rather than a stretched skin appearance. This approach also does not put stress on the incisions and thus we can more easily hide the incisions around the ears.
- Sculpting down the jowls with fine cannula liposuction.
- Fat grafting with fat injections to fill in the deflated areas of the face and address the deep wrinkles.
