This patient is a professional woman who felt that she was looking tired when she was not. People were also telling her she look tired when she wasn’t. She wanted to have an improved appearance of her upper and lower eyelids. She also didn’t like the circles below her eyelids. She was treated with upper eyelid rejuvenation surgery, as well as lower eyelid rejuvenation surgery (Blepharoplasty). Fat injections were used in the cheek and lid cheek junction region to fill in the circles.
