Male Upper Facial Rejuvenation, Upper/Lower Blepharoplasty, Fat Transfer:
This is a 76 year old professional concerned with his “tired look” and the puffy appearance of his lower lids. He was able to provide me with photographs from earlier decades that I referenced in the planning process of our customized facial rejuvenation. We performed endoscopic forehead surgery, upper and lower blepharoplasty and fat injections. Small amounts of fat were harvested from his inner thighs and injected into areas around the eyes and upper cheeks. This jokester, when asked what concerned him about his appearance, referenced looking like “Howdy Doody” and asked for a “miracle”. Although we do not perform miracles we try for the very best result for each of our patients. This man tells us he is beyond thrilled with the result of his upper facial rejuvenation and the smooth, more youthful appearance of his under eyes.
