Procedure:

Endoscopic Rhinoplasty and Chin Advancement

Patient Concerns:

This is a 17-year-old woman who wanted:

1. removal of her nasal hump
2. decreased nasal width
3. a more artistically balanced face (chin enhancement)
4. no external scars on her nose or chin

Treatment:

Endoscopic rhinoplasty treatment/endoscopic rhinoplasty with chin enhancement/advancement genioplasty with the chin advanced through an intraoral incision inside of the mouth so there is no external incision at all.The nasal surgery was done without external incisions with and endoscopic nasal rhinoplasty (closed instead of open rhinoplasty).
