Neck Contouring

Patient Concerns:

This is a 54 year old woman who is bothered by her jowls, loss of contour in her neck area, the downturn in the appearance of the corners of her mouth and the overall laxity and deflation that has taken place in her face and around her mouth. She is also bothered by the loss of definition of her jawline. She is concerned about the asymmetry of her eyebrows and the appearance of the area around her eyes.

Treatment:

She was treated for this with:

• Endoscopic forehead and temporal rejuvenation to address eyebrow asymmetry
• Face and neck rejuvenation with subplatysmal fat removal to help sculpt and contour the face and neck;
• Liposculpture/fat injections to the face, lips and jawline;
• Fat and SMAS grafts to posterior jawline to enhance the definition of the lower face
• Fat Injections were also done to the areas around her lips, the corners of her mouth, other regions where deflation had occurred
