Septorhinoplasty
This is a 20 year old woman who wanted to remove the bump, straighten and decrease the size of her nose as well as improve her breathing. She also wanted to improve the definition between the base of the nose and the lip to try to make it more defined. This patient had a septorhinoplasty surgery and turbinate surgery. With just one surgery and no external incisions, Dr. Sullivan was able to correct these concerns as well as treat the plunging of the tip of her nose when she smiles.
