Ultrasonic body contouring, fine cannula liposuction, buttocks enhancement with fat injections and fat grafting.
This is a 38-year-old woman who was concerned about her lower back, hips, flanks, thighs, and abdomen.
She had good skin elasticity and, thus, fine cannula liposuction was performed to the abdominal region. Fat was harvested from this area and eventually used for fat grafting of the buttocks. Fat was also harvested from the hip, flanks, and thigh areas. Additional fine cannula aspiration was done in the inner knee as well. This fat was also used in the buttocks region to fill out the concavities for buttocks enhancement. Ultrasonic body contouring was also used to decrease the fullness in the lower back, hip, and flank and thigh regions. The goal is for a very artistically pleasing body contour.
