This is a very nice 37 year old gentleman who was concerned about his breasts. He had been bothered by this for over 10 years. He felt uncomfortable taking his shirt off in public situations or going to the beach. We performed a breast reduction (gynecomastia) surgery on him that reduced the size of his breast tissue and the surrounding tissue, as well, to bring about a more normal contour for his chest. He was extremely happy with it. Notice there are no visible incisions. He now feels very comfortable with his shirt off in any public situation.
